After an agreed price and when a contract has been signed, we will begin the initial web planning. A mock-up of what your website will look like will be presented to you as a read only image. Prices On Websites

Sizes of websites vary and work hours for each can be poles apart. So prices can range extensively. It works best to give me specifics of what you need for your website so I could give you a quote of how much it will cost.

I require a downpayment of 50% of the estimated cost of a website based on our initial consult and estimate. The remaining amount just after the site goes live. Any additional costs follow the same schedule. Payments can be made through Paypal, bank deposits, cash or cheques. Bank charges will be shouldered by the client.

Timeline

How long does it take to build a website? Development and delivery schedule is dependent on your cooperation and participation. In order to complete this project on the specified time, I need to receive the following items or arrangements must be made for me to get them:

• A logo and/or images to be used in the design
• An outline of website organizational structure
• Other data pertinent to the website

Web Maintenance

A static website is the simplest way to showcase your product or business online. It is the easiest type of website to set up, but making changes to static websites require web programming knowledge. If you do need to change certain details in the site, you can make quick changes with just an email. I charge P200 ($5) per hour for website editing but since these changes are not frequent and are quick, it will cost very little to maintain. It's like hiring a web developer only when needed with no monthly fees. Web hosting and domain registration subscription, however, needs to be paid annually.
